Sa Torre is a magnificent property with a spacious, new landhouse. It consists of five bedrooms: two of them with doble beds and their own, private bathrooms, one of them furnished with a jacuzzi, the other one has got a round bathtub, a small dressing room with a wardrobe, and the other two doble bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and have their private bathrooms, too; furthermore a room with a bunk bed and a chaise longue in the living-room, which can be used for additional guests. There are two large living-rooms, one of them is equipped with SAT-TV and a music set, the other one, a living - dining room, is fitted out with an open fire place and a beautyful, big teak table for 12 dinner guests. Both living rooms have been constructed with large windows, so the rooms are full of light allowing views of the terrace and the garden. The kitchen is completely equipped with a microwave oven, coffee machine, etc., and you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, iron - and ironing board and two WC´s at your disposal. The house has underfloor heating in all its rooms. Nearly all the furniture of the house is made of teak, recently imported from Thailand, which gives the house its very special charm. There are 4 type 2 apartments, all placed in the main building.These are nº 2-3-10-11. ? Type 3 apartments have two twin bedrooms, but with capacity for 6 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. They are all placed in the annexe building. These are nº13-14-15-16. All apartments have a comfortable lounge/dining area with satellite TV, and open plan kitchens with microwave and electric hob rings together with fridge/freezers. Fans are also provided (one per bedroom), and all apartments have furnished balconies or terraces (14 of them overlooking the pool). The large communal swimming pool with a children pool section is set in a paved terrace with plenty of space. These lovely apartments are ideal for families with children. A simple and comfortable holiday cottage outside Puerto Pollensa. Can Oliver is a good base for a holiday, it is just located at the back of the main rood between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. The villa is on one level and it has a lovely pool and views across the mountains. Inside, the villa is simply designed and decorated with classic furniture, white walls, tiled floors and dark wood furniture. The lounge has an open fire place, satellite TV, a sofa and easy chairs. There is a new fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening out onto the side terrace. The villa has an extra facility such as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge dinning room. At the back of the house there is a great swimming pool surrounded by hedges and views across mountains. There is a lovely place to cook and eat outside, under the built in barbecue. The front of the house is planted with a few palm trees and oleanders.
