The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town.
The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond.
Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a simmingpool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. The main entrance leads to a hallway and pleasant dining lounge area and to the new kitchen at the rear of the property. Off the hallway are three double bedrooms and a passageway leading to the bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. Outside there isa large patio area adjacent to the swimmingpool, steeps leading up to the shower and laundry and also access to the orchad where there are many walnut trees.
