4 The Crespi building is a block of 8 apartments situated very few metres from the beach in Port de Pollença and with a common swimming-pool. Apartments nr 1 and 2 are ground floor apts with 125 sqm living area with a terrace (20 sqm) and private garden (50sqm) facing the avenue. Apartments nr 7 and 8 are triplex apts with a roof terrace (35 sqm) with stunning views over the mountains and the port, and also a terrace (25 sqm) outside the lounge-diner, plus a private garden (60sqm) overlooking the swimming-pool. All apartments have a fully fitted kitchen, lounge-diner, satellite TV. 1 cloak room. There is a toilet in the ground floor. Double bedroom in the first floor with suite bathroom, and 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom in the second floor. There is no deposit, only 25 % of the total amount for the booking confirmation. The apartments number 1 and 2 are in the ground floor with a entrance ramp. This apartment (nº 8) has air conditioning. Extra bed available, with an aditional cost of 60€ to add to the total price. |
