Villa Rosa Cala Gran is a lovely, bright family villa located in a popular residential area of Cala San Vicente and yet still feels peaceful and homely. The beautiful cove beaches of Cala Barques & Cala Molins are approximately 600 metres away along with their restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Puerto Pollenca beach, seafront and famous pine walk are just a 10 minutesÂâ¬" drive.

A large patio leads from the house to the pool and makes a lovely place for al fresco meals. There is a feature barbecue and comfortable terrace furniture in the garden area as well as a childrenÂâ¬"s playhouse for the little ones to play on their own whilst the parents can relax around the pool area.

The interior of the villa is airy and spacious with whitewashed walls, tiled floors and large windows with shutters. Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.

These semi-detached villas are reached via a track and are built on a hillside around a large swimming pool. The villas have two storeys and vary in sizes, however they are spacious and simply furnished.

Each villa has either two, three or four bedrooms, all of them twins. All have combined lounge dining room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, and sun terraces at the front and at the rear of the accommodation. Moreover, the villas have washing machine.

It has to be pointed out that Botana 03 has been recently renovated. The kitchen has been refurbished, but we also have to highlight the improvements done in the living / dining room, as well as in the bedrooms.

Casa Medina is a modern build situated in an ideal location only 300 metres to the beaches at Cala Molins or Cala Barques in Cala San Vicente It is finished with high quality furnishings.

Access from street level is via exterior stairs onto the front covered terrace and the swimming pool area. The main entrance to the house is from this front terrace and gives access to the hallway on the upstairs level.

To the left of this hallway there is a large dining room furnished with a solid wooden table and white leather chairs. Next to this dining room there is a light and spacious lounge area with large windows on two sides with give lovely views to the cliffs and sea in the distance; there are three large comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD player and Satellite box with English and German channels.

Villa March has a good location near the beaches of Cala San Vicente, a quiet and relaxed resort just a few minutes drive to Pollensa old town.

Villa Pinar is a fantastic modern villa near the sea with nice contemporary and vintage design. It is a real base for a stylish beach holiday in Cala San Vicente.

A small gate leads up to the main entrance of the villa; to the left there is a small but modern fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a fridge freezer. The washing machine is situated in the laundry area outside the kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a small cloak room. This is a lovely three bedroom apartment situated in the resort of Puerto Pollensa. It is in an amazing location, just at 120 metres from the sea and 700 metres to the market square. This property is ideal for couples or friends who wish to be near the heart of the resort.

Inside, the apartment is of a modern design. It is very light and clean with white walls, wooden and tiled floors and bright white spotlighting. All the rooms are air-conditioned. There is a wide lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD and stereo, and a wood topped dining table and chairs. The kitchen is a lovely bright room with appliances that include a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and lots of storage spaces. From here large sliding glass doors open onto a lovely balcony which has views onto the natural reserve of La Gola.

There are three bedrooms: two twins (one with an en suite shower room) and a single bedroom which can have another additional single bed. There is a further separate full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

A staircase leads up to the great roof terrace with stunning views over the natural reserve and mountains as well as the sea. The roof terrace is divided in two parts, one part has a lovely built in barbecue with a table and chairs and the other part, which is accessed via some steps, is where the Jacuzzi and solarium are located. An exterior sofa with comfortable chairs completes the furnishings of this part of the property.

However, the main advantage is the fact that the sandy beach is 5-minute walk away and you have some wonderful Spanish Tapas restaurants on your doorstep to sample the local cuisine.

This beautiful, newly constructed villa is situated in the North of the island. It is set in the popular resort of Cala San Vicente, quietly located away from the crowds.

This two storey modern house furnished to a high standard offers spacious and bright accommodation with modern comforts and fittings.

The main entrance leads direct to the spacious lounge dining area with a well equipped open plan fitted kitchen. This area has also large glass doors opening onto a rear terrace with a modern swimming pool.

On the ground floor we can also find two bedrooms and two shower rooms (they comprise of one en suite double bedroom, a further twin and a separate shower room).

Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.

These semi-detached villas are reached via a track and are built on a hillside around a large swimming pool. The villas have two storey and vary in sizes, however they are spacious and simply furnished.

Each villa has either two, three or four bedrooms, all of them twins. All have combined lounge dining rooms with sofa beds and fireplaces, kitchen, and sun terraces to both the front and rear of the accommodation. Moreover, the villas have washing machine.
