Situated in midst of the beautiful Majorcan landscape, only a few kms from Pollença old town, this charming house is ideal for a quiet family holiday. The atmosphere in the house is homely and relaxing with typical Majorcan furnishing, including several pieces of antique furniture. There are two separate lounges in the house, one with fireplace, ideal for moments of relaxation and the other fitted with satellite TV. The kitchen (fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and so on) leads out to a terrace covered with vines. There is another terrace with barbecue area ideal for nice family meals and of course the terrace by the swimming-pool nicely shaded by the huge trees surrounding the house. The house has 3 bedrooms. One of them with marriage bed, one with two single individuals beds, and one with an only individual bed. Other facilities are available, such as utility room, washing machine, iron, safe, fire extinguisher and gas stove. |

The house is split in gound- and first floor. on the ground floor you have one double bedroom, bathroom, living- dining room with chimney, another small room with chimney and the kitchen; on the first floor there are two more double bedrooms, a bathroom, another room and a spacious living room. Next to the house there is the private swimming-pool with its terrace and the barbecue. In less than 10 minutes you get to the beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma or Costa de los Pinos and the golf court. |
