This lovely rustic stone villa is lying on the slopes of the Puig de Maria hill and enjoys a magnificent scenic location. A private driveway leads to the villa and its gardens. Lots of outdoor lighting here and a built-in barbecue turn this area from a daytime sun-trap into the perfect place for eating outside on warm evenings overlooking the fantastic town of Pollensa and its famous Calvario hill.

Inside, the villa is spacious and simply furnished with tiled floors and white walls. On the ground floor the entrance hall leads to the open plan dining kitchen which has a range of appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a spacious lounge with satellite television and a DVD player. There is also a shower-bathroom on this level.

The bedrooms are upstairs and they comprise of two twins (which share a bathroom and a balcony terrace that overlooks the pool and garden) and two further double bedrooms also sharing another bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

For a couple or a small group of friends, Villa Coster Moragues is a great place. The views from the lovely pool and terraces here make this an atmospheric house. And because itÂâ¬"s also so close to the old town of Pollensa, restaurants, pavement cafes and shops are just a five-minute walk away.

The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town.
The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond.
Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a simmingpool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. The main entrance leads to a hallway and pleasant dining lounge area and to the new kitchen at the rear of the property. Off the hallway are three double bedrooms and a passageway leading to the bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. Outside there isa large patio area adjacent to the swimmingpool, steeps leading up to the shower and laundry and also access to the orchard where there are many walnut trees. An awning has been erected between the house and the swimmingpool to provide adequate shade.
The weekly rate includes electricity, hot water, gas, linen, satellite tv,dvd player, video, music center, safe box and cleaning service with household laundry tice a week.
