Villa Boi is in an ideal location, tucked away at the base of the Tramontana mountain range yet only a few minutes from Pollensa old town and a short drive to the beaches of Port Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Located at the edge of the popular La Font area, close to the old town in a secluded garden surrounded by high hedges which shield the house from the neighbouring lane. Can Noble is semidetached and shares a driveway with the owner who lives next door. It is set in attractive grounds with sun terracing near the house adjoining the lovely pool. The pool is not shared, is private and exclusive for this house. The interior has a Majorcan farmhouse feel with dark wood and antique furnishings. Accommodation is on two floors, downstairs is unusual with a canopied courtyard separating the kitchen from the main house. Specially liked is the house, full of charm and character pretty, richly stocked gardens. At only short walk from Pollensa Old Town this charming house is ideal for a quiet family holiday. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants, at only ten minutes walking. At 5 km from Cala San Vicente Beach, 6 km from Puerto Pollensa Beach and 4 km from Golf Pollensa.

Can Collet Vell is a beautiful converted house situated in a peaceful countryside just at 15´minutes drive to the old town of Pollensa. The property has lots of traditional Mallorcan features and furnishings, and it is surrounded by olive grove and mature gardens. It has lovely views towards the Serra de Tramontana mountain range. Inside, the house has large rooms and lots of space. It is cool and comfortable with a mixture of white washed walls; terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. Upon entering the house there is a large lounge dining room with French doors opening onto the large covered terrace that overlooks the crystal clear water roman style swimming pool. The lounge has leather settees, satellite TV and a DVD player, as well as an open fire place to use during the cooler months of spring and autumn. A door leads onto the wooden style fitted kitchen with appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, electric hob, fridge/freezer and many other kitchen utensils. A double bedroom and a full bathroom complete the ground floor level of the house. An open stair case from the dining room leads up to the first floor where the rest of the bedrooms are located; they comprise of two twins (both are sharing a full bathroom). All the bedrooms have air conditioning units and fitted wardrobes. The gardens and pool are really well established with lots of Mediterranean plants, lawns and trees for shade and privacy. A covered dining-terrace overlooks the pool and garden. It is full of traditional character and history but has been updated to be comfortable and welcoming. This is a great villa in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of Pollensa, with the old town just a few minutes walk. The villa is comfortable, built in traditional Mallorcan style with plenty of space around the terraces and pool area. A stepped front porch leads up to the house where the main entrance is located, through the main door we enter straight to the lounge dining room with beamed ceilings and ceramic floor tiles, the lounge has a sofa and two easy chairs and totally equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. There is a separate fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary items needed in a self catering property such as a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer, the kitchen has also an exit to the side covered veranda. A corridor is giving us access to the sleeping area, the bedrooms comprising of one double and two twins, all sharing an interior full bathroom and an exterior shower room. All the bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning and all are bright and airy. Double doors from the lounge lead onto the large and shady covered terrace with lovely views to the swimming pool area, the crystal water swimming pool has roman steps and it is surrounded with plenty of different types of plants, trees, flowers and bushes. It has lovely views to the lovely and close mountains. Villa Rotger is a lovely house on the outskirts of Pollensa with a lovely and large pool terraces, a built in barbecue and adjacent to the village. It is a perfect holiday retreat for anyone who wants privacy, peace and be close to the town where all the amenities, restaurants and shops.
