This lovely rustic stone villa is lying on the slopes of the Puig de Maria hill and enjoys a magnificent scenic location. A private driveway leads to the villa and its gardens. Inside, the villa is spacious and simply furnished with tiled floors and white walls. The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town.
The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond.
Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a simmingpool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. The main entrance leads to a hallway and pleasant dining lounge area and to the new kitchen at the rear of the property. This is a traditional farmhouse-style villa surrounded by colourful tropical gardens. It`s in a great location halfway between the historic town of Pollenca, and the Alcudia area. It`s a family home designed in traditional style with tiled floors, white walls and Mallorcan dark-wood furniture.

On the ground floor we can find the lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite tv and a DVD player. Double doors lead out onto the front covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Vilaire is a lovely and large renovated townhouse situated in the heart of charming little village of Sineu. It enjoys a very central location with local restaurants, shops and the main square just a short walk away. The house is well decorated and has many original features such as interior stone walls, dark wooden beams and ceramic tiled floors.

The front entrance has large double doors leading into a pretty spacious hallway. To the right a door leads to the lovely and sizable lounge dining area totally equipped with sofas, flat screen satellite TV and a large solid wood dining table with chairs. To the left of the hall way another door gives access to the large stainless steel kitchen, which has all mod cons with large gas top and oven, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, dishwasher and many other items needed in a self catering holiday house. On this part of the house there is also a laundry area, where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located. There is also a toilette with shower.

From the lounge, lovely stairs gives us access up to the sleeping area; all the bedrooms are named after the five islands of the Balearic Archipelago. The bedrooms comprises of five bedrooms, three of them are en suite. There are two further toilets to use and one full bathroom too. All the bedrooms are painted in different colours, and all have wardrobes and TV without satellite. Four bedrooms are double and one is twin.

At the back of the villa there is a delightful "chill out" terrace furnished with garden table and chairs, lots of pretty flowerpots and a large solarium terrace with a roman style swimming pool. There are lots of spaces around the pool, a relaxing area with sofas and a lovely barbeque for those who enjoy al fresco dining.

Being a village house, there are neighbours either side so it is not completely private but the pool area is very peaceful and shops and restaurants are only a short stroll away. The nearest beach is placed in Can Picafort.

Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with astonishing views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty five luxury semi-dettached villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels.

The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the fantastic front terrace, which is completely furnished and has stunning views to the Pollensa bay. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and an electric hob. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. These comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and one double with an en suite bathroom. It has to be pointed out that the driveway to this complex is steep and windy and that each villa has parking space for one car only. We do not recommend this villa to those with walking difficulties.

Ca´n Ciutadá is situated in the pretty Valley of Colonya, a few minutes by car of the center of the town of Pollença. The village is decorated in a traditional Majorcan style. The outside is completely paved and the property is comprised of two terraces. A small stair conducts us to one of these terraces, Since which we can enjoy some beautiful views of the mountains and of the valley.

The main entrance of the dwelling is found under the terrace covered. Since her is agreed directly to the parlor dining room, which is equipped with satellite TV and a stove of firewood. A small walkway carries us to the kitchen, completely equipped with microwave, washing machine, Worktop and electric oven. They complete the house three rooms (a double one, an individual one and one of marriage), and two baths, as well as a laundry in the plant flat.

The property is set in an exclusive complex in Costa De La Calma, nestled between Santa Ponsa and Paguera and about ten minutes drive to each place.

There are two bedrooms each with twin beds, and there are 3 extra fold up beds, two to fit in the larger bedroom and one to fit in the smaller bedroom, although I always recommend these for children and not adults.

The acommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of large split-level lounge dining
room with enclosed fireplace, a separated fitted breakfast kitchen, with utility room, a double bedroom and
a family bathroom. Outside double doors from the living room lead to a covered terrace.
Stairs lead to first floor galleried landing where there are three twin bedrooms and a family bathroom off.
