Tucked away in the heart of the Pollensa countryside - amongst similarly traditional villas and farmhouses - this Mediterranean villa has been designed for carefree summer living. CaÂâ¬"n Fiol has an open plan living area and it is wonderfully spacious and airy, with attractive windows letting in plenty of daylight. The kitchen area is separated from the lounge by a breakfast bar and incorporates a fridge/freezer and a full cooker. From the kitchen, a door leads onto a lovely shaded patio with a barbecue and an al fresco dining area overlooking the pretty gardens, with beguiling mountain views in the distance.

The beaches of Port de Pollensa can be reached by car in only 5-10 minutes, as can the excellent restaurants in Pollensa town, but with an enticing swimming pool and a barbecue on site, there is very little reason to ever leave this charming country retreat.

Villa Kika is a lovely open plan one storey house set in the desirable Ââ¬SLa FontÂ⬠area of Pollensa, around a half an hour walk to Pollensa itself. There are lovely views from the garden area to the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range behind Pollensa and is also only a short 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa

It is a family holiday home with a well kept garden and with the advantage of having the swimming pool area gated off from the terrace / house area. The pool itself has roman steps.

The interior of the house is traditional with stone wall features but spacious with open plan kitchen leading through to the dining / lounge area. Villa Esperanza is set in mature and private gardens in a quiet location between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The house is traditionally furnished in rustic style and offers charming accommodation for a large family or groups of friends.

The house consists of two storeys. At first floor there is a large dining room, a separate smaller lounge with satellite TV & DVD, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave and walk-in pantry and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: one double, two twins and one single all sharing two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a full bath.

The outside of the villa has a lovely covered terrace with plenty of seating area and a fixed tiled ceramic table with a built in barbecue and a nice lawn area surrounding the delightful pool. There are corner steps into the swimming pool.

The house is ideally situated with a very short drive straight to Llenaire beach in Puerto Pollensa and only 5 minutes´ drive back to Pollensa old town.

This is a great villa in a very good location on the outskirts of Pollenca, with the old town just a few minutes` walk away. There is a lovely sheltered pool area and, at the front of the villa, views of the Tramontana mountains.

Finca Barqueta is a very comfortable three-bedroom house built in traditional Mallorcan style. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms and central heating throughout, although the central heating is not included in the rental. If central heating is required this needs to be paid locally.

The main entrance leads to the lounge dining area which has satellite television and a DVD player as well as a nice leather chaise longe sofa. To the right hand side of the lounge there is a large fitted kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave.

The bedrooms are on the other side of the house; they comprise of two twin bedrooms and one double, all sharing two bathrooms. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units.

There is also a lovely sun-terrace and gardens with sun-loungers and umbrellas. Along the other side of the pool there is a separate building with a built-in barbecue, and a toilet with a shower. The swimming pool, surounded by a lawned area, has roman steps and is gated, making it an ideal choice for families with children.
