city centre and the beach.

The pool and terraces are situated to the front of the property.

The front entrance is situated under a large covered terrace, which is just ideal for sitting, reading or dining at the shade.

This opens directly into a lounge/dining room which is most comfortably furnished with typical mallorquin elements. Fitted kitchen.

Master double bedroom and on the first floor another bedroom with two single beds, and on the ground a complete bathroom.

The swimming pool, garden and the sunny terraces are well furnished for
relaxing and living outdoors.
