Can Noble is semidetached and shares a driveway with the owner who lives next door. It is set in attractive grounds with sun terracing near the house adjoining the lovely pool. The pool is not shared, is private and exclusive for this house. The interior has a Majorcan farmhouse feel with dark wood and antique furnishings. Accommodation is on two floors, downstairs is unusual with a canopied courtyard separating the kitchen from the main house. Specially liked is the house, full of charm and character pretty, richly stocked gardens.

The beaches of Port de Pollensa can be reached by car in only 5-10 minutes, as can the excellent restaurants in Pollensa town, but with an enticing swimming pool and a barbecue on site, there is very little reason to ever leave this charming country retreat.

There are lovely views from the garden area to the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range behind Pollensa and is also only a short 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa

It is a family holiday home with a well kept garden and with the advantage of having the swimming pool area gated off from the terrace / house area. The pool itself has roman steps.

The interior of the house is traditional with stone wall features but spacious with open plan kitchen leading through to the dining / lounge area. It has a modern feel too with comfortable sofas/seating, satellite TV, DVD and CD stereo player. The kitchen has modern appliances including dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.

The bedrooms consist of one double room, one twin room and a single room. The larger two rooms have hot and cold air conditioning, while the single is provided with a fan for warmer months. There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with bath and shower and one shower room.
