Sa Torre is a magnificent property with a spacious, new landhouse. It consists of five bedrooms: two of them with doble beds and their own, private bathrooms, one of them furnished with a jacuzzi, the other one has got a round bathtub, a small dressing room with a wardrobe, and the other two doble bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and have their private bathrooms, too; furthermore a room with a bunk bed and a chaise longue in the living-room, which can be used for additional guests. There are two large living-rooms, one of them is equipped with SAT-TV and a music set, the other one, a living - dining room, is fitted out with an open fire place and a beautyful, big teak table for 12 dinner guests. Both living rooms have been constructed with large windows, so the rooms are full of light allowing views of the terrace and the garden. The kitchen is completely equipped with a microwave oven, coffee machine, etc., and you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, iron - and ironing board and two WC´s at your disposal. The house has underfloor heating in all its rooms. Nearly all the furniture of the house is made of teak, recently imported from Thailand, which gives the house its very special charm. On the back side of the house is a big terrace with a BBQ, a swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and a small lake with fishes in the midst of olives, holms and palm trees. The house is protected by an alarm system with direct connection to our office and the police, so that you will be able to enjoy your stay without worrying about safety. |

Located at the edge of the popular La Font area, close to the old town in a secluded garden surrounded by high hedges which shield the house from the neighbouring lane. Can Noble is semidetached and shares a driveway with the owner who lives next door. It is set in attractive grounds with sun terracing near the house adjoining the lovely pool. The pool is not shared, is private and exclusive for this house. The interior has a Majorcan farmhouse feel with dark wood and antique furnishings. Accommodation is on two floors, downstairs is unusual with a canopied courtyard separating the kitchen from the main house. Specially liked is the house, full of charm and character pretty, richly stocked gardens. At only short walk from Pollensa Old Town this charming house is ideal for a quiet family holiday. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants, at only ten minutes walking. At 5 km from Cala San Vicente Beach, 6 km from Puerto Pollensa Beach and 4 km from Golf Pollensa.

Vidrier is a farmhouse style property set in a private and quiet location. A long driveway leads to the property and a stone pathway leads to the entrance doors. The entrance doors lead in to the hallway and stairs. Off the hallway and one step up, is the kitchen dining area with a door leading out on to the terracing. Through an archway to the right, is the lounge and dining room which has recently been renovated and has fantastic picture windows with views over the garden. Patio doors lead from this dining area out on to the uncovered terracing. Off the lounge, is a smaller archway which leads to a double bedroom with 2 steps up, a twin bedroom, both which share a bathroom. Up to the first floor and at the top of the stairs to the left, is another lounge with patio doors leading out to a delightful uncovered terraced area, and to the right a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The pool is located along a pathway in front of the villa. A pool shower is there to help you cool off, and there are sunbeds to relax on. There is a stone BBQ close to the kitchen with table and chairs. Gardens are set to grass, flowers and shrubs.
