All the character of the old town of Pollensa is right on your doorstep-or “steps”, to be more precise, as this delightful town house overlooks the famous Calvario Steps.  Views of the cala Sant Vicente and Puerto Pollença and Alcudia Bay.

In a few minuts walking (200 m.) you are in the nigthlife, comercial area and restaurants of the central square of the town.

And in a few minutes drive you are in the beach of Cala San Vicente (4 km) , Puerto Pollença (7 km), Formentor or Alcudia area (12 km).

Located at the edge of the popular La Font area, close to the old town in a secluded garden surrounded by high hedges which shield the house from the neighbouring lane. It is set in attractive grounds with sun terracing near the house adjoining the lovely pool. The interior has a Majorcan farmhouse feel with dark wood and antique furnishings. Simply one of our favourites! Situated in a delightful rural location and on an enormous plot of land this three bedroom villa, completed in 2006, is only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Pollença where many restaurants and pavement cafes can be enjoyed.  

Set on two levels, this attractive accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The ground floor comprises of a spacious twin bedroom, with en-suite which is accesses from the shaded front terrace. The front door leads to an inner hall, where another attractive twin with double doors that open onto pool and garden can be found, there is also a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and microwave, this leads towards a roomy dinning room.

Internal wooden stairs lead to the first floor, that comprises of a comfortable lounge area. Furthermore there is a master double bedroom, complete with a furnished veranda, ideal for private sunbathing, the bedroom features a private WC and a spectacular open plan bathroom, complete with power shower and Jacuzzi bath for two persons, from here an enormous picture window overlooks the beautiful open countryside. All bedrooms have been fitted with air conditioning.

Outside the superb swimming pool, complete with Jacuzzi, and added feature of a built in jet, which allows you to´swim on the spot!, takes pride of place to the rear of the property within the large garden. Well furnished terraces and a brick built barbeque compliments this area for those informal meals al-fresco. The lawns and tropical gardens are quickly maturing and will male living and relaxing out there such a pleasure.
