Encinares Cala is a great town house in a fantastic location near the beautiful bay of Cala San Vicente. This is a quiet and relaxed resort with pine-covered hills running down to the three beaches and the crystal clear sea. Pollenca itself is also very nearby, just a ten minute drive away.

The house is in a quiet residential area and although is in a building with another two properties this one has its own private swimming pool and terraces.

Inside, the house is light and cool and traditionally Mallorcan. The lounge and dining room is really airy, with a dining table, two sofas and stone fireplace. Double doors from here lead out onto the front terrace views. There is satellite TV, a DVD player too.

The separate fitted kitchen has appliances such as gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. A glass door opens onto a side terrace with access to the pool and barbecue area.

The villa has three bedrooms (one double and two twins) and two new bathrooms, one with a full bath and the other one with a shower.

A holiday at Villa Cala is a great way to discover this beautiful small resort. Beaches and hidden coves, restaurants and cafes are all just a short walk from the house. Villa Kika is a lovely open plan one storey house set in the desirable ��SLa Font�� area of Pollensa, around a half an hour walk to Pollensa itself. There are lovely views from the garden area to the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range behind Pollensa and is also only a short 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa

This is a great villa in a very good location on the outskirts of Pollenca, with the old town just a few minutes` walk away. There is a lovely sheltered pool area and, at the front of the villa, views of the Tramontana mountains.

Finca Barqueta is a very comfortable three-bedroom house built in traditional Mallorcan style. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms and central heating throughout, although the central heating is not included in the rental. If central heating is required this needs to be paid locally.

The main entrance leads to the lounge dining area which has satellite television and a DVD player as well as a nice leather chaise longe sofa. To the right hand side of the lounge there is a large fitted kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave.

This is a traditional farmhouse-style villa surrounded by colourful tropical gardens. It`s in a great location halfway between the historic town of Pollenca, and the Alcudia area. It`s a family home designed in traditional style with tiled floors, white walls and Mallorcan dark-wood furniture.

Cal Vidrier is a characteristically Mallorcan family villa just a few minutes away from the Old Town of Pollensa.
