This is a lovely traditional manor house situated right in the centre of Pollensa old town just at 2 minute´s walk from the main square. The villa enjoys a large swimming pool and garden plus the bonus of a great barbecue area for those who enjoy dinner al fresco.


From a large entrance hall, the ground floor consists of a living room with satellite TV and CD player with doors that open onto an external patio and to the garden.
Next to this there is a kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and hotplate.


Upstairs on the first floor, there is a central sitting room and a drawing room with piano.
Four twin rooms share two full bathrooms and the master double bedroom is en suite (full bathroom) with a balcony overlooking the pool area and garden.


The garden has a shaded colonnade, citrus trees and a large swimming pool, there is also a communal dining area by the old bread oven and also an annex kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and gas hob. For bathers´ comfort there is a shower room / changing area and next to that a laundry room.


The villa is ideal for large families that want to be right in the centre of the town but having the same facilities as a villa in the countryside.
